By installing a remote support package onto your computers, we are able to connect quickly from our office and make needed changes for you without an office visit. In many cases, a remote tech support session is less expensive, quicker and just as effective as an on-site visit.

Prices for remote support are as follows:
- Remote Support Contract 5 hours of support/month = $300
- Remote Support Contract 10 hours of support/month = $550
- No Contract, Remote Support per hour = $95
- No Contract, On-Site Support per hour = $125
Support requests are generally responded to within 2 hours via phone or email. Requests that require on-site support are generally replied to by phone within 2 hours and a dispatch is made within 8-10 hours. * ON-SITE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO CENTRAL FLORIDA. |
