Questions about Cash Advances

Is your cash advance service considered a loan ?
No. This is not a loan. It is a cash advance on the purchase of your future visa/master card sales.

How do I qualify ?
If you've been in business for 12 months and process at least $3000.00 monthly you qualify. You must also be current with your rent and have no current tax liens.

Do I need good credit ?
Good credit is not required.

How long does it take before I receive the cash advance ?
Once we receive all the proper documents it normally takes 7 to 10 days.

What can I use the money for?
Our clients have used the money for various business building projects such as advertising, inventory, remodeling dining areas, upgrading business equipment & unforeseen emergencies. Basically, you can use the money any way you see fit.

How is the money paid back?
We collect a small percentage of your daily credit card sales.

Do I need to switch credit-card processors ?
eCARD has relationships with various credit-card processors. You may have to switch to one of our affiliates in order for us to retrieve our payments.

Questions about Merchant Services

How do I apply for a merchant account?
Applying for a merchant account is quick and easy. Simply click here and fill out our one page application. If you would like to speak with a representative, call (800) 609-3957 Monday through Friday 9am-5pm Eastern Standard Time.

What if I have less than favorable credit?
Although we review credit history, it is not the sole determining factor in our approval process. We have various programs available for different types of merchants.

What type of businesses do you accept?
We accept retail, professionals, telephone order, mail order, Internet-based, home-based businesses, and trade shows. We accept restaurants, non-profits.. pretty much anyone who sells a service or product can qualify for a merchant account.

What documentation will I need to apply?

Copy of Driver’s License
Voided Company Check

Which credit cards will I be able to accept?
We set you up to accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Debit and American Express.
