Donald Fryson , Chief Executive Officer

Over the past 25 years, Don Fryson has dedicated himself to studying and mastering the art of sales and marketing. A native New Yorker who attended private boarding school in Maine then onto Adelphi University where he studied biology, Fryson quickly recognized his strengths were best served in business marketing. Shortly after college, he was recruited as a sales representative for Water Resources International and within 90 days was promoted to General Sales Manager. Within the same year Fryson went on to become a franchise owner and received national recognition for outstanding sales achievements.
Since then, he has worked with fortune 500 companies and has trained hundreds of sales people throughout the United States. In 2001, Fryson began working in the merchant services industry and soon amassed a team of like minded employees who shared the same vision and adopted the simple principle of customer education first. He noticed many merchants were incurring high costs and fees associated with credit card processing due to a lack of understanding of the various types of transactions. "Most merchants don't even bother to review their statements because they don't understand them." Through this integrity, Ecard Corporation has separated themselves from the pack and will continue to serve the business community at large. |

Elizabeth Morales , Chief Financial Officer

For the past 20 years, Elizabeth Morales, a native of Guayaquil-Ecuador, has been working primarily in the banking industry. Morales started her career at Filanbanco as an assistant banker for the International Division of Commerce. She later worked for Iberoamericana as assistant to the Regional Manager in charge of financial analysis and risk management.
Upon arriving in the United States, Morales worked as a financial consultant for M&P Advisory Consultants. Her extensive financial background also includes, credit management, credit analysis, risk assets, payroll, purchasing, financial forecasting, budgeting and business planning.

Tee Persad , Chief Legal Officer

Attorney Persad has worked in the legal profession for over 18 years. He is licensed to practice law in Florida and the United States Virgin Islands. He earned his Juris Doctor Degree and his Masters in Public Administration Degree from the University of Akron in 1993 and 1994, respectively. He also holds a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration from the University of the Virgin Islands and a diploma in paralegal studies from New York University.
His experience in the legal field includes not only his experience as a lawyer, but also as a legal secretary, paralegal, judicial clerk to judges in the US Virgin Islands and the continental United States, mediator, and arbitrator.
He is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Virgin Islands Bar Association, and the Federal Bars for Central Florida and the Virgin Islands. |

Omar A. Warren, Executive VP of Business Development

Mr. Warren joined Ecard Corporation in March of 2008, bringing with him an extensive background in banking and retail management. Most recently, Mr. Warren was with Regions Bank, serving as a Vice President in retail banking. Prior to that, he was with New York Community Bank where he served as an Area Manager and Branch Manager for 7 years. He brings to the team many years of creative business development and is unmatched in his commitment to customer service.
Mr. Warren is a community leader and was the 2007 chairman of the Black Business Council of the Kissimmee Chamber of Commerce. Currently, he sits on several boards including the Poinciana Area Council, the Black Business Council, the RSVP Program at the Osceola Council on Aging, the Primary Medical Center of Poinciana and is the co-founder of Kissimmee with Spoken Word for Kids which is an educational not-for-profit program. |

Denis A. Baldwin, Director of Operations

Before taking this position, he was involved in management roles in information technology, business planning, marketing development and process coordination. He attended Cleary University and has been involved in the DECA Academic Business Program.
In his technical pursuits, he achieved certifications from Microsoft, Citrix and CompTIA. His work experience has been diverse, including writing for the Ann Arbor Paper, working as a network administrator for both a manufacturing firm and a internet service provider, teaching for afterschool programs at Detroit Public Schools, organizing sales and marketing for the trade show industry and handling special projects for multiple companies. |

Keith Gooden is a seasoned business executive with 15+ years of International Pharmaceutical and Consumer Goods experience with Fortune 100 companies. He possesses skills in strategic business planning capabilities, sales management, market development, marketing, salesforce alignment and motivation, leadership development and organizational change. Keith is a dynamic team-leader, an excellent motivator who thrives on challenges and embraces change.
Keith has served as the Executive Director for the Caribbean American Business Expo and Conference for the last three years. Keith was responsible for the execution of all phases of the project and was the main liaison between the planning committee and the media, sponsors, partners and all government agencies. Keith has also provided marketing and sales advice to several companies in many different business sectors. |

Frank Streety --better known as "Shake-n-Bake" -- one of the original Harlem Globe trotters, has a rich history of working with various non profit organizations around the world. An All-American in college and two-time inductee into the Hall of Fame, Frank was born in Harlem New York and has a firm commitment to working within the community.
He was chosen as the ECARD Public Relations Coordinator because of his passion for the community, his upbeat attitude and his game-winning mentality. |
